Mempool Full RBF?

It's called Mempool Full RBF. The setting, what it does is instead of when you have transactions that signal replaced by fee, you will accept those transactions if they pay a high fee. So the word full is a bit misleading; it's definitely more RBF. But there's still rules. You can't just replace any transaction with any other transaction. There's still some rules to apply there.
