UC San Diego Battery Cell - What's the Difference?

Sandy: The interesting thing that Sandy said that I heard was that they're getting so much more power out of this battery cell. That makes sense because the tablet's electrode should reduce resistance, less resistance means more power output. It looks the same as the battery cell that I received so far at least that's the information I have. Maybe I missed something. But in terms of what I'm supposed to get this, I am in contact with people at Monroe on a regular basis. And it was supposed to ship out last week but I haven't followed up on that.
