Melotone is found in postachios, olive oil and other high-melotonan foods. After taking point five grams of militonin for the first time on Friday night, i noticed that i did fall asleep pretty quickly - but it wasn't a tangible difference. By sunday, during the day, i felt very fatiguedi really unusually fatigued and drowsy like if you put a bed in front of me, i would just take a nap. I do not feel wonderful or tired at all. So i decided to end the experiment by monday afternoon. And this is the last time i had taken it was saturday evening. This is a full week later
