The Biden Team's Strategy to Deal With the Plea Deal
John Avlon: It's the prosecution that needed to make sure they were very clear about what they were doing. He says it places Hunter Biden in a difficult position certainly because it looks like they're amping up potential other charges against him. Avlon: The issue here though is he's begging the plea. His defense team seems to want to take a plea deal and it's just unclear what's really going to be holding that up.
