Crystal Palace to Fulham?

Chelsea need to bulk their centre midfield up, because it's now paper-thin. If they don't get those targets, then what do they turn to? They're a role of the dice for me, Chelsea. I suppose we'll know more in the first month or six weeks. Crystal Palace are 12th every season and came at 11th last year. Fulham have bought Mateus Franca and Jefferson Larma this summer. Wilfridzajha has gone to Gallaud Tasseroy.
