Is Competition Law Really Enforceable?
We're talking about four factors when we're talking about effective enforceability or whether regulation like really has any bite whatsoever. So the first is whether it falls within the jurisdictional scope. The second is whether there are like loopholes that emerge over time. And then the more important and concrete things are whether regulators are able to detect infringements of some regulation or of you know, antitrust. Whether in this case, competition law can remedy and sanction and actually like fix the problem.
