How We Decided to Open a Restaurant in El Dorado

It is actually in downtown Wichita. That is, well, we consider it to be our home market. We probably sell 80% of our volume there. So that just made the most sense to do it. Well, let's talk a little bit about beer and brewing. What, what does your original lineup of beers look like and how did you decide to choose those beers?
