The Role of the RA in the Co-Curricular Approach

Paul: One of the things that I talk about with the curricular approach is you have to rethink everything. You don't have to change everything, but you have to be willing to just consider it for a little bit. Keith: There's this thought process of trying to rethink, like trying to rethink just the whole, the big picture of things. Paul: We've just sort of like expanded the role of the RA to try to encompass things because maybe there just wasn't enough professional staff to deal with that. And what would happen if you were to cut out some of that stuff and really just focus and center in on what maybe some of the co-curricular approach, right?
