Orwell's Orwellian Language

In 19 84, that's the word george orwell actually uses in his book, news speak. In other words, they tell you the opposite of the truth. But for whatever reason, instead of saying news speak to describe this, what we usually say instead is orwellian. So it's actually we use his own name. I wonder if he would be a complimented that he because he did such a good job describing this technique. Or maybe he'd be unhappy because it's a negative technique. It's a terrible thing. And maybe he would not want his name connected to this kind ofa technique of lying. We don't know what george or well would have thought
