During COVID, it was so difficult to get workers that firms doubled and triple ordered. I think they kept on labor even though at the margin, the profitability is suffering. So as soon as firms begin to see, you know what, I do have some choices out there, there could be a big discouragement. We could really see labor growth negative, in other words payroll declines next year. Oh, it'd be spectacular.
