Jeffrey Patti: The Founder of SCL Group
Jeffrey Patti was vice chairman of the conservative party in the UK for seven years from 1990 to 1997. He then went on to become one of the founders of strategic communications laboratories, SCL group. SCL is basically a product of the British defense establishment and specialized in military SIAPs. So these are military SIAP's people who ran Cambridge Analytica. We all know what happened there was Facebook and all that stuff during the election.
