The Ministerial Code

Ridge asked why the prime minister had updated the ministerial code with a new proviso that ministers would not always be required to n if they infringed it. Ridge: 'Don't honesty, integrity, transparency matter any more?' He's referring to the prime minister removing those words from the forward. Col norton said he wouldn't even have to resign for doing so.
