When preparing a sermon or writing, you know, whether it's a book or an article or something or doing anything that requires me to sink deeply into thought. When I want to do like put my soul into writing something, yeah, I turn off my internet. And then I just have a silly program on the App Store for called write room which blacks out my computer.
