The Role of China in the War on Crimea

If the threat is direct enough, I think we can still be roused. It would be my assessment. Putin thought that they couldn't be roused; he had more or less a free hand in Crimea. Actually, you know, the people who really roused the conscience and are really doing the fighting of the Ukrainians themselves. We've supplied weapons, but it's the Ukrainians that have been roused and bearing the brunt.
