Power, or strength rather, is somewhat useless without power. People are getting too practised and too refined with that strength element. So practise and refine your power just i keep saeing this every time i go down to the wall or i go crags. Too many slow static i guess i'd say almost boring looking climbers who don't move with a little more speed. It worries me. And i think it needs to be practised and it need to be refined.
