Critical Race Theory Isn't the Right Model of Analysis

The issue is really in the human heart and whether your laws are fair for everyone given who they are as people. I think it's far better to view people as individuals before God, make laws fair and just give people equal opportunities. The essential American values of ordered liberty under God, individual rights, these are far better categories to work with than anything like critical race theory has to offer.
