The Wisdom of the Young Women of the Tanakh

In both 1414 and in 20 verse 18, they both quote, Proverbs. So apparently they have extensive seemingly extensive knowledge of wisdom literature that they're drawing into their their strategies here to accomplish their goals. People listen to her. It is apparently a position of some authority that people she her orders are followed.
