I think it's tricky because I think maybe looking at burnout is more the external factors that are sort of creating that burnout. When you lose interest in something like you really love, I really think that people should take that as a little bit of a red flag. You may find you do need to talk to a professional. So what else could we do? We mentioned right before the break a little bit about exercise. Some of these people with ADHD might go, oh, yeah, okay, Dave, not that simple.
