The new restrictions announced over the week end on russia's central bank target the roughly 600 billion dollar rainy day fund that russia built to sanction proof their economy. The result here, as one great power is subjugating another country, ukraine, to terrible violence, while its own economy has been sent kind of freefall by other great powers here us. And for me, this raised a general question, you know, i admit it's a broad one, but, adam, shall we say now that the west is at war? I don't even know of that term.
