How to Model Shocks in a Fluid Model
I do have an intuition for that. Would you model shocks in, let's say a fluid model? Oh, yeah. That's the best it's made for that. And if I can predict it, I'll get rid of it. There's all these notions in queuing theory of hedging. So basically having extra safety, stock or hedging to guard against shocks is important. But there's no doubt it's valuable.
