Is Ray Allen the Best Shooter in NBA?

Rick Barry was a free throw monster because he shot underhand this still so that's the tricky part yeah. Rip is another guy who I think losing that accuracy as you get out to like 22 to 25 feet sort of pushes him out of the group today okay and then we got my allowed to bring up people we didn't talk about today there were three  there were three people that I thought about in terms of some of the conversations that we were having that I just want to know where they would have ended up in in this conversation not obviously in the top 25 but in sort of what category they would okay fire.
