How to Vote Down a Housing Bill
On the housing bill, you have to be prepared to vote it down that's a slightly tougher line than your party took in the safeguard bill. Why were you able to do a deal on that bill which was revealed on Monday that Labor and the Greens had come to agreement? Well, I think the first thing to say on safeguard is the government read real and substantial concessions. Now a hard cap on emissions is not everything we want but it potentially stops up to half of the 116 Colin gas projects in the pipeline. And that was as a result of a big public campaign and a lot of public pressure.
