How to Get More Power to Workers

Cities don't have the ability to vote and raise your debt ceiling. Is that legislation still up for the local income tax or any of that stuff? We haven't gotten a budget in this new administration. Chicago's pension situation is a real pickle, but it's something to think about when you and I are really thinking about how we get more power to workers.
