What Are Your Habits?

I would say one thing is accepting, to accepting the concept that you will be alone. And so therefore it is up to your responsibility to do something with it. So my habits are to always, constantly be doing some type of exercise and to not let the the metric become the goal. Has been dramatic shift for me over the past few years.
