Dorothy Is Missing, Cable if You Know Anything?
Dorothy Arnold's family didn't report her missing. Her brother suggested it might have been her rejected story. They waited another three days to reach out to Griskam by telegram writing, "'Dorothy is missing, cable if you know anything' Griskam replied immediately, no absolutely nothing."
