5% so far of my transactions have had some kind of issue. So the bankers blocked people's payments or the survey for the printing shipping hasn't been done. If you back a Kickstarter in general, not just mine, go to the project and look at the campaign updates because that will tell you what is going on. That's much better for the creator than emailing them, but essentially email me if you haven't got what you expected.
