The Negative Liquidity Picture for the Next Six to 12 Months
Since October, when equities hit their lows, the global liquidity picture has improved by about $800 billion. So I think it's no coincidence that since the October lows, that equity valuations have moved sharply higher from there. And so although people are talking about the liquidity drain coming, and many people aretalking about the recession possibly coming, they're going to be negative for risk assets. That will then actually have an exacerbating negative impact on the economy.
