Cotts was only enabled when it started a mike griffin called it a back up. He was like, this a gamble. I'll take a shot on these commercial guys. Theyve been complaining for years. Let's see if they can deliver. That would have never been the first step in terms of this transition. If we hadn't had the confidence that cotts gave us, it would have ben very, very difficult to do crew in the first place. And also, the other thing that changed was our confidence in this model increased with the livery and performance of space ex and orbital sciences on crew.
