With a mentor you can actually build a relationship where you're not in the get to know me phases like I don't even remember your fucking boyfriend's name do you know what I mean. When you settle with someone that's how you can like time collapse so much with a mentor because it makes mentoring very easy yeah. And for me when I sign with you I knew it was a long term thing because I no longer wanted the pressure of I've got to get everything done or out in this three month period I'm like no I'm here to settle and a second part to that is even the conversation around my income didn't really shift for the first five months of our mentorship.
