Are You in a Transformation?

You can change the market you pursue, but your business model may stay the same. You make a product, you sell it to them through a distributor, and you get many your business model hasn't changed. If where you make money and how you make money is not changing, you are not going through a transformation. And again, different organizations are going to use different terminology, but i try to keep it clean and simple.
