Higher Education Isn't Doing as Well as We Like
Ludie Goodson: It seems that higher ed is not doing quite as well as we like in terms of increasing students' critical thinking skills. She says faculty make a lot of assumptions about students knowing how to analyze or how to interpret and what the question focus should be. Ludie: To keep a job, you need to become a critical thinker. This is what employers need. We can't do good production without it. But even more important than that, we talk about freedom for this society, any society.
