The film is designed to be you know watch it at midnight with an audience and just like cheer every moment right every kill every five minutes. Robert Kurtzman did the make up special effects for some of the other Nightmare in Elm Street sequels he did tremors loads of like great army of darkness the evil dead sequel as well oh and he's an evil dead too as well so he's like a monster yeah that makes a lot of sense.
