The Challenges of Growing Hops in New York State

New York was a big hop center in the 1800s. The brewers themselves have said that they really want to buy New York state products. This year was the first time in nine years or since I started hot farming that I actually planted already sold product, which was really much, much easier than planting product I wanted to sell.
