The best way to see whether any of these interventions are relevant for you is to check with the blood glucose monitor. And again, if I have someone who is not motivated to change their diet at all, can I say to them that go out for a walk 10 minutes after your meal? Most people can probably commit to that. Try just your dinner time. Just try after dinner 10 minutes walking. If it's 22%, if it's even 15%, really, really good outcome. So I'm pretty bullish on that. Those are the four tactics that I want to go through today.
