The CPI and PPI Inflation Trough
The CPI inflation in April has fallen close to 0 and the PPI inflation has continued to be negative. From a cycle point of view, we are at the bottom of the cycle. We need some stimulus to prove economy out of this bottom. But I think it's very difficult to engage when the CPI will bottom because CPI tend to lag economic activities by three to six months or sometimes even longer.
