The Power of Breathing

Feel yourself float up slowly as if the energy in your body is starting to work its way up. Allow this energy to move through your stomach, past your heart, up through your throat, past your head. As you float up, notice how your perspective changes. Like letting a balloon go slowly. Feel yourself stop softly as if you were attached to a short string just like the balloon may be. With your eyes still closed, visualize yourself looking down upon your body. You see yourself sitting there, calmly resting. Eyes closed. Breathe out. And as you breathe, allow yourself to hear yourself exhale.
