There is a lawsuit here that was just filed in the in the state of Delaware it's against michael cives and brian bomb and their companies. The parties had not agreed to the final terms but they basically had a term sheet out there this term sheet would cause sbf to wire 300 million dollars to k5 bank account. In under three months after meeting them he basically said to half a billion dollars to these guys because he thought that they could get him connected to celebrities and to democratic politicians.
