Forgive Yourself During the Pandemic

I feel like it's going to take a while to readjust to being with people without fear or or that sense of alarm. Even some people are very alarmed. The things that i have said and done during this pendemic as a parent, i am even ashamed o to acknowledge. Take care of yourself in some of these ways we're talking about,. exercising, meditating as best you can... taking that special time to take care of yourself is really, really important. It just doesn't work. Stop being positive and stopping positive.
