"For me, my time is really, really valuable right now. So for me to spend even 20 minutes in an Uber there and back, it's just a bit of a time crunch," he says. "I start my morning with steam room, sauna, and then cold showers in between." He also adds mandatory 30 minutes a day of exercise as part of his 'monk mode' protocol. The most that I have ever done monk mode consecutively was two months. But you can do anywhere from three weeks, 21 days, all the way up to three months.
