What if You Don't Have a Customer?

The free lancer gets paid a boat load of money when they're working with a client or customer. That's enough of an incentive if you don't have a customer, as simple as that. With our current team, we have a weight list of two months. We pay them so much that that narrows the gap between what the customer is paying and what they're receiving for working with them. Soif the customers paying four thousand and we're paying them three thousand, well, they have no incentive to go work directly with the customer like that poaching problem we were concerned about where they get off our platform.
