When we first started doing content, the mechanism of why was like I don't know Walter would ask me to come up with ideas and he would be like, why would we do that? And stare at me blankly as I came up with unsatisfying answers. As I gradually learned to make the answers more satisfying, you know, we had a better understanding of why building why into the strategy. We got rid of the outline questionnaire and then at some point made sense to bring it back. It's easy in an agency setting where you're working with new customers a lot of time and different customers to lose track of this.
