How Does a Regular Hearing Aid Work?
A hearing need is basically a compressor. So it makes things louder up t tries to make loud things not too loud. And then all the equalizor dials that you saw in winnap, so on wina,. You could say and listen to classical music, and it would change the dials a little bit. Or you couldchange the dials yourself. More advanced ones have a little bit more sophisticated noise reduction or maybe directional microphone systems. It's fundamentally based off of a low power, a low compute availability system which are running very constrained signal processing.
