The Importance of Working With Executive Leadership

I've been digging into the root of problems and trying to identify solutions and opportunities. I was excited to see how you, it's funny. I got into my first startup job in the exact same way I applied for a role and then they were like, Oh, no, this other role. And what's interesting is that looking back over my career, I've largely just like really closely worked with executive leadership from that very first job. That has kind of uniquely helped me identify what are the things that how do I communicate?
