Are Carbon Plated Shoes a Good Choice for Athletes?

Running in a carbon plated shoe can change our foot mechanics. It does cause some more force in the planar fascia itself, so start slow and gradually work up. I'm definitely not a big fan of someone wearing carbon plated shoes for all their runs. Just because I do think that it does limit your body's ability to adapt and withstand to the weight of your body.
