Isaac Newton and Freemasonry

There is some loose connection between Isaac Newton and Freemasonry, but it's actually a little more interesting because there isn't a direct connection. Keynes was obsessed with Newton and he actually did a speech at the Royal Society of London that I'm about to tell you about in 1942 on Newton. There's no evidence that Keynes was a Freemason or anything like that. It's just interesting to think that did someone like Keynes actually practice in the occult? Did he have his own occultish belief systems?
