The Disappointment of Leisure

Kierkegaard is alerting us to the despair of boredom. I want to dig in a little bit more to leisure as that antidote. Most people associate leisure with just white privilege and bourgeois, but it's really talking about a different kind of way of engaging with very ordinary experiences That we contend with in our day to day lives. To the board mind, it just looked kind of repulsive like this is that's ridiculous. But from the outside looking in, a leisure looks plain, mundane, and just not very enticing.
