How to Incentivize Vernacular Development
I'm trying to wrap my head around like historically so right now the way developments work just seem to be developer things they can make enough money by building a development. But I'm thinking traditionally it must have been something more distributedist in nature meaning I just kind of show up and if I build it it's it's mine. So how do you incentivize this vernacular, distributist like development in the in the modern world is it possible? "It's two very different structures," he says.
