Weston Price's Anecdote on Scurvy

Weston price was an adental researcher turned pioneer of nutritional anthropology. He studied the intersection between a mental health, and more broadly, physical and mental health with what he called the displacing foods of modern commerce. The natives in canada knew about scurvy but told him that it was a white man's disease. And so they cut out this big ball of fat above the kidney when they killed moose to prevent scurvy.
