Are You Rejoicing to Karl Schmidt?
Karl schmidt a in his critique of liberalism. He's spired a whole lineage of liberal thinkers who are trying to take this insight and apply it within the framework of lipof democracy. I don't know if chantemef would embrace the liberal label, but certainly, certainly, left schmidian theory of democracies is influential and important in my field. And that, i think, explains why i find myself so at home in the realm of seventeenth century toleration debates.
