Is There a Benefit to Being Transparent at Work?
Transparency is going to provide an justa level of engagement that cannot be matched by any other tool in my experience. I think people feel trusted, and i think this trust contributes to a people's well being. And so for example, i care a lot about transparency. Not because transparency is good or bad in itself, but just because, in my opinion, it's o mean to have people that feel part of the journey.
